Recipes:

  • Be Good Organics the recipes listed here feature regularly on my dinner table. Quick and easy to cook plant-based wholefood recipes which taste how they look.

  • Green Kitchen Stories I am not a vegetarian however, in the week leading up to my period I am. Why? Because vegetables and fruits are known to reduce inflammatory loads. The pain we may experience during a period is associated with an influx of inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins. For more information about how to optimise your periods and reduce pesky symptoms please follow the blog.

Preconception Care:

  • Daysy we are proud of our affiliation with the Daysy product and education platform. We use Daysy for advanced body literacy to understand more about what our bodies are saying throughout our cycle. It’s an advanced thermometer of sorts that predicts ovulation and helps track menstrual cycles.

Post Natal Care:

  • Beers and Bubs Dads often feel left out of the picture after a new baby’s arrival. This service connects Dads across Australia with qualified people who can help answer their questions. Beers and Bubs offer information nights at local pubs in most capital cities.

Household Cleaning and DIY:

  • The Inspired Little Pot is a great resource for the industrious amongst us who would like a hands-on approach to making their own low-tox cleaning and personal use products. While it takes a bit to get up and running it’s usually cheaper and easier than buying a lot of stuff you don’t really need.
